Shipping policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post-stamped outside the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit.

 

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

Orders shipping within the UK include 20% UK VAT.

Customs Invoice? Please pay the carrier directly to avoid any delays with your delivery. You can then email us the payment receipt and we wll process a refund for the charges back through your order. Claims for customs refunds must be sent before or within 7 days of delivery. Claims sent after this period cannot be honoured.

Returns: Import charges are non-refundable.

Wholesale: Duties and customs are the recipients responsibility.


We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address when you place your order. Larger shipments may be subject to higher shipping charges.
